Dr. Francesca Fusco has been practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology in New York since 1989. Her approach is based on a philosophy that with early intervention and non-invasive treatments, her patients can delay or even avoid plastic surgery.
Dr. Fusco is among the leading expert in the field of dermatology and dermatologic surgery including state-of-the art cosmetic surgical procedures. Dr. Fusco is an author of a chapter entitled “Nonoperative Techniques for Facial Rejuvenation” in Clinics in Plastic Surgery, co-author of a variety of medical publications and an editorial contributor for Women’s Health, Dr. Fusco is also an expert resource for the television media community. Her guest appearances include CNN, Eyewitness News, CBS News, Fox News 5 and The Today Show.
Dr. Fusco received her medical degree from New York Medical College in 1985, completed an internship in pediatrics at the St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York City, followed by a three-year residency in dermatology in which she served as Chief Resident in her third year. Dr. Fusco is an associate member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
